"Canvas Cutie" Class

Here's a NEW project for me that I thought I'd share with you guys!  You'll be using paper scraps, book pages, colored tissue, thread, Stickles, gold leaf paints and of course, a canvas to create this lovely project on!  You won't believe what YOU can create Gang! Now don't get intimidated, I'll show you a simple trick to make your model come out perfectly to scale, she'll come out STUNNING!  All supplies are included, but if you have some scraps in your stash that you want to use, feel free to bring them!  Space is limited on this "Lovely" class, so don't be left out!

"Pretty Organized" Class

Hey Gang, it's time to get organized!  In this class, you'll be using common scrapbooking scraps to turn an everyday file folder into a work of art to hold your paperwork.  Your scraps will also come into play to make a desktop pencil cup worthy of being set out to admire! Then, when you thought that's all of the repurposing you could handle, you will make a handy coupon holder out of a single sheet of 12x12 paper! Everything is included, but if you have scraps that you want to use, please bring them! Everyone's project will be a bit different, but start with the same basics~that's what happens when we get creative and go outside the lines Gang!

Valentine Lovelies Class

Okay Gang, Valentine's Day is fast approaching, are you all ready? Of course not, life is BUSY! This little class will get you ahead of the game easily!  You'll be making a decorative cone aka Tussie Mussie along with a tag and card! Debb will teach you all how to make her fabulous 3D roses from paper that look awesome on EVERYTHING, not to mention the cone that is so popular! Space is limited, so sign-up soon!

"LOVE" Banner Class

 Hey Gang, this class project promises to teach you so many techniques, that your head will spin! You'll be using Glimmer Mist, Distress Inks, loads of GLITTER for that extra Bling we all love! To make this project special, you'll learn how to use coffee filters for more than making your morning brew! We'll also be adding a tea-dyed tag to your banner for an added touch of detail! The vintage images will make this banner project complete! Class size is going to be small so we can complete the project with all of it's twists and turns! As always, you can Swing By the Lounge to see the actual banner up close! I've been busy in my studio working on some new designs to sell at the Scrapping Lounge! I've been so inspired and motivated to start using the supplies I have and stop buying so much STUFF! After my visit to Las Vegas last month for my 50th birthday, I started working away and creating. I purchased some amazing supplies at my fav bead shop in Vegas, and I was off! I'm Lovin' These Crystals!

I've been having so much fun lately just "Treasure Hunting" and finding great images to create my crystal pendants with! I've been seeing other variations of this great design in magazines and here and there; but I needed to put my own spin on this fab idea. I'm still madly working in my studio finishing up my second "batch" of these lovlies and can't wait to bring them to the store for all to see.

I've really been enjoying my soldering and playing with mixed media to create these pieces; so much FUN! This just in...I worked over the Memorial Day Weekend in my studio creating this rack FULL of one-of-a-kind earrings! What a blast to finish a creative task! I was inspired when I took my daughter to the garment district with my sister, Rosie, to locate her dream-dress for her Sr. Prom! While shopping amongst all of the size 4-7 dresses that my body has long outgrown, I found my old LA haunts...the accessories stores advertising 50-70% off! Well, I was lucky enough to find this lovely earring holder, perfect for displaying my wares! My goal this past weekend, was to FILL IT UP, and I did! Canvas Project DONE!

Hey Gang, I fianlly finished this piece entitled "Rose Ballet"! I kinda made it up as I went along, as I do with most of my art. I tend to get a picture in my mind, then move on from there. The paper roses were and inspiration from my fellow artsy friend, Lynn. She did a lovely version of these in fabric~which I'm now playing with. I think my next canvas project may be a larger size with either a bride or lady-in-waiting in a gown with a long train and flowers, to represent the beginning of Spring. I'll keep you all posted...
